WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROJECT IS ASSIGNED? 1) A timeline is drawn up and submitted if one was not provided already. 2) Initial concepts and rough layouts or ideas are developed and presented to the client in person or via PDF and email transmission. 3) A chosen concept or layout is fine-tuned and revised based on discussions with the client. 4) A more comprehensive layout or concept is presented to the client. At this time a hardcopy colour proof may be presented to the client for approval of colour and graphic layout, or this may continue to be sent electronically via PDF workflow and email. Additional stages may be required to complete all revisions. 5) Upon completion of step 3, and written client approval of the final layout, production for printing begins. 6) The project is digitally prepared on a disk, or for transmission via an ftp site or similar web upload. 7) If the client wants, Stripe Graphics will stay involved throughout the printing process and can help coordinate this part of the project through to delivery.
